Is mahindra university good for Btech CSE?

JEE is over and the chances of me getting into a local tier 2 college is pretty high and before that happens I want to learn a programming language but a few people told me to learn python a few Java and a few told me to learn C etc. So I'm just confused and thus asking what do I learn first?
