Work lunch!

Hey, can someone pls estimate the calories of this work meal. At the bottom right is just veg (nothing crazy). Bottom left is falafel. I had 4 of these total but ate one before picturing. Top left is 1 bbq chicken bite thing. I had 3 chicken goujons and then the pretty thin pitta top right with a slice of haloumi in the middle

Hello!

My lovely tortoise laid some eggs yesterday, and now we need to begin the incubation process of course.
currently they are in a food container, with moist (not wet) soil.
I have seen lots of DIY incubators online so wanted to try my luck at creating one but polystyrene boxes on amazon dont turn up until mid-next week which is too long. I was going to purchase a plastic container, and then use that to put the heat mat, eggs etc inside. Just wondering if that would work or is not the best to keep the heat in etc. i have a hermanns

Thanks

Hey!

usually i eat the center, and the ice wall tends to slighly melt at the same time which isnt too bad, but at the end my final bites are very icy. i was wondering if there is a proper way to eliminate this. I know some people say to scrape the sides, but would that not mix ice within the entire creami and make it less enjoyable?

Just curious what others do as my solution is just to eat around it

EDIT: i decided to scrape the sides after the first spin today, it wasnt icy and tasted norma;!
