Spent nearly £3k on a Zenbook Duo and it didn’t come with a charger.

No cable either. Thought it was a mistake. Contacted ASUS and they just said “that model doesn’t include one.”

How is that acceptable on a premium laptop? Had to go out and buy a 100W charger just to use it.

Laptop itself seems fine, but this has completely taken the shine off. Just feels cheap.

I’ll never buy another ASUs product again.
