Endo/Adenomyosis? - help please

Hello!
I, 21F, am on a diagnostic journey at the moment. I’m currently on the waiting list to see Gynaecology (UK/NHS).

The symptoms I’ve been dealing with are:
Severe period pain
Heavy bleeding
Irregular cycles (27-57 days)
Pelvic pain and feeling of pressure
Pain in rectum
Lower back pain
Painful bowel movements
Pain after sex
Increase in low mood and anxiety the week before and during period
Constipation or Diarrhoea
Generalised aches and pains in joints
Extreme fatigue/chronic fatigue

My symptoms have been heavily impacting my life. The extreme fatigue, generalised joint aches and pains, back pain and hip pain affects me throughout my whole cycle.

I have already been diagnosed with PCOS due to my irregular periods and polycystic ovaries found via pelvic ultrasound (my bloods were normal however). It was also considered I might have endometriosis by the Nurse that I was seeing about my symptoms. I know that adenomyosis had similar symptoms so I plan to query it with the gynaecologist

I was prescribed Metfemic acid and transemic acid however this had no effect on my pain or bleeding.
When I saw the Nurse to inform her about this, I was referred to a GP as there wasn’t another medication the nurse could prescribe for me as I had declined hormonal contraception.

I saw the GP who said she would refer me to gynaecology, but there is nothing else she can do or give me in the meantime and that it’s a two year wait for gynaecology.

I decided to give the Evra Patch a try because of the wait. It didn’t have any effect on my symptoms but gave me all sorts of side effects. So, I had to stop that too.

Now, I feel stuck and alone. I’m not sure what to do. I’m worried that I might not have endometriosis and then people will think I’m crazy.

Does it sound like I have endometriosis or adenomyosis?

Is there anything else I can do/try while I wait?

Does anyone have any advice how I should prepare for my appointment with gynaecology?

Post-neuter Prolapse

Hello, I’m a first time cat owner.

My kitten was neutered two weeks ago. One week post-op I noticed he had a prolapse, took him to a vet and followed their advice. Today (two weeks post-op), he had a check up. I was told he had healed and I can take the cone off. I got home, took the cone off, went to the toilet, came back annnnddd he has reopened the prolapse!

I’m not sure if he needs to go to the vet again. If put the cone back on and done a salt water wash to the prolapse which is the advise they gave me last week.

Is it likely going to be okay if I just go back to following their previous advice?
