Last month, I received an offer from EY GDS for 14 and accepted it. Now, I have received another offer from Deloitte for 15.5LPA.
Is there any chance EY will revise their offer to match Deloitte’s, or will they simply let me go if I tell them I’m not joining?

Deloitte USI is offering a ₹1 lakh joining bonus, while the overall compensation is almost the same.
Now I’m confused about which one to join. My top priority is learning! salary isn’t the deciding factor for me.

I cleared both technical rounds and received the CIS on the same day!
What are the next steps? Also, can anyone tell me the salary range I should expect? My current CTC is 11 LPA.
