I recently saw Phantom & granted we were second balcony but there were parts we couldn't hear. There were obviously speakers they were not utilizing most of the performance but I saw another show there 2 years ago on the main floor & also had a hard time hearing dialogue. Is it just me? Or is the Broadway show dialogue too quiet there?

How do I find my current speed? I looked all over my account. My promotional deal ends in June a year earlier than I was aware of & as you know money ain't a thing so I need help trying to get a new deal.
