Switch to reta

Hi ladies,

I recently switched to Reta 2mg from a high dose of 15mg from Mounjaro with a months break. I am not feeling any effects with the 2mg and it was my first week. Should I move up for week 2? I am

Is it normal for the leather to crease like this.

I got the puzz Featherlight by LWE. This is from Lui Shing factory.
