Anyone sail on Star of the Seas solo?
Hi! This would be my third solo cruise and my first on an icon class ship (first two were Voyager and Adventure - loved both, but didn’t have anything to compare it to) and I’m wondering if it’s a good option for a solo traveler. I usually do an excursion at ports and mostly lay out and read otherwise. I’ve never been to any of the shows - usually too tuckered out - but want to give one a try. I don’t do the Windjammer aside from breakfast. I prefer to eat in MDR or Chops.
I guess my biggest concern is it feeling crowded - especially with kids. I’m happy to hang in the Solarium, but is it possible to get a seat there? Is the a second adult only area given the size of the ship? TIA!
