Extremely High β-hCG at 13 Weeks

Hi everyone,
I’m currently 13 weeks pregnant and I’m looking for experiences from anyone who also had a very high free β-hCG in the first-trimester screening.
Mine came back at 7.05 MoM. My PAPP-A was 2.241 MoM. My 13-week ultrasound looked completely normal — everything they checked was fine.
I’m having a placental biopsy next week to hopefully find out more, but I’m honestly struggling a lot with the waiting and I feel like I’m going crazy thinking about all the possibilities.
If you’ve had similarly high free β-hCG, especially around 7 MoM or higher, I would really appreciate hearing about your experience and what happened in your case. Any advice or reassurance would mean a lot right now.
Thank you ❤️

Pain vs cramp

Hello,
I am on 9 dpo, and cd 27 (i ovulated late - digital clear blue test also confirmed). So far hcg test was negative. I expect AF tomorrow and today I feel pain in m pelvis (left side), not cramp, rather pain, which also radiates to my back. Anyone had same experience, should I be concerned?
