Question - I'm supposed to get paid the 15th and end of the month every month. My employer has never consistently paid me on time, up to nearly 4 days late (for minimum wage, which is also - well- below what I should be paid)
is this legal for Washinton???
For our clock restoration, we will first clean our parts/plates in an ammonia solution and ultrasonic. that is then followed up with a water rinse and air compressor, then dryer.
however, our 'dryer' is dying and shouldn't be used. I'm think of using a toaster oven instead - any advice, disagreement/agreement? We already use heat and I've never had ventilation issues, but it still worries me.

I got my flip 5 secound hand. I'm used to phones having issues when I do such a thing, but I enjoy outright owning my phones. IDK why, but on one inner crack there seems to be some screen 'lifting', which cracked open a tad. Oddly, there's a screen under it? That I can see through? Do flips have a double screen thing? is it removable????

Hello! currently getting rid of a bunch of back logged clocks. This one, however, was seperated from its movement, pendulum and weights before I got here and never labelled. I cannot figure out if its a howard Miller of Sligh? I was wondering if anyone can help me identify it?
