How can I recreate the shimmery effect on the dolls skin?

I’ve heard here and there that the birds that kill Maysilee were indeed not flamingos because the way their beaks are wouldn’t make sense. And that just because they were pink doesn’t make them flamingos because a lot of the animals in the arena had unnatural colors so why would these birds be any different. These same people suggested herons and honestly this looks way more like a heron than a flamingo so I’m starting to buy it.

Notion wearing the grass pants(I can tell it's her because of the skin color of her hands), Ripman(those are boy hands), Clayton, Miles, Weston, there's a dark haired girl somewhere in the back that I don't know what her district is, next to her is Chicory, in a different part of the trailer you can also see Tile in the same area, next to Wefton is Ryan, Hull, Haymitch, Ringina, Autumn, Anion, Ampert, Urchin. Panache, You can see Carat's leg next to Alpheus, Angler, Silka, Maritte, Loupe, last one looks like it's Nona from the bangs seen about a second before.

This is my head canon about who’s the careers teamed up, all based on the text and what isn’t known(very little) is just speculative.

Maysilee shot Loupe and Camilla so they must have been together. Camilla alongside all the district 2 and 5 tributes died in the volcano eruption so they must’ve been together. Since there were 14 of them I assume the smartest thing was to break up in half and one group went north and the other south.

Urchin and Carat died back to back from poisoning so I’d assume they were also together because what are the odds.

After the explosion only the group in the forest survived and again, they covered more ground if they split. Silka and Maritte were the deadliest with their weapons from what we know(Panache more so brute strength) and even if he was up to par with them it was best to have Angler and Barba to back him up to make it even with Silka and Maritte’s prowess. Again, this is all speculative just using information from the text.
