What is in store for me?

So for context I have technically never been laid off but my company I'm assigned to (servicenow) went through a huge one the other day. I was not in the layoff call but it seems my entire team was. The difference is I am the only contractor and been here less then 6 months. If they all get laid off will they just cut my contract then or would I be reassigned to another team? The strangest thing is I am the newest person so I definitely wont be filling the gap of a whole team lol. Curious on how it worked for others in a similar situation. Because of the consolation period our team wont be feeling this for a month.

Do I still get a benefit to lifting doing it in a fasted/calorie deficit state?

To my understanding the only way to get stronger is to be in a surplus while lifting. I started about 2 months ago and I am definitely feeling stronger but .I think its cause I haven't really dialled in my diet yet, Had a cheat week and came back stronger but heavier lol. I want to continue to lift while being in a deficit but I am afraid I am only going to be hurting myself if my body doesn't have the building blocks to repair itself.

what the fuck is with looting your teammates?

Happened to me a few times already and again on outpost. I was running around getting three red keys and after my third I got unlucky and ganked by bots. went down and died and teammate looted me before rezzing me. I literally only had a knife and he gave nothing back. How does that actually help anyone??? Also just flat out ignored me when I asked for my shit back.

How do you enjoy the game when you suck?

Title really, I am not great at extraction shooters and especially marathon. I love the gunplay, art style and story but it honestly just feels pointless playing the extraction mode for me. Just go in and die simulator on repeat. I am trying to focus more on getting contracts and things that are easier to progress but its only fun to a point. Obviously the odd lucky run is fun but its so extremely rare I just don't even factor it in anymore.

Will I make it in?

So I come into Dublin once a week for work, I was late booking this week and I noticed all my trains are booked out so I'm gonna drive. Thing is I never drove more then an hour. I am going from Newcastle west to Dublin leaving around 5 am. will I make it into Dublin centre for 9am?

As far as I know the traffic is notoriously bad coming into Dublin

What are my options for a first place to stay?

I am 25 and never rented before, I am on 47k annually. I honestly want my own place but I'm struggling to see any places that wouldn't take half my salary each month. Do people usually get places solo or share?

Another thing is sites. Currently I am reaching out for viewings on daft but most of the time I don't get a response and if I do its like offering a viewing the next day on a work day. I am looking in the Dublin area but I currently live in limerick so that's also a problem cause its literally impossible for me to go up and attend a viewing unless its the weekend.

One positive is I have a car so I don't mind living a bit out if it means cheaper accommodation.
