Thinking of building a new project

I'm a college student learning Flutter, and I'm thinking about making my next project an expense manager app called Expense Manager Pro.

I haven't started building it yet—it's just an idea in my head right now. Before I spend weeks working on it, I wanted to hear from people who actually use expense tracking apps.

There are already so many apps out there, so I'm wondering what they're still missing.

Some ideas I have so far:

  • Quick income and expense tracking
  • Monthly budgets
  • Charts and spending insights
  • Categories and custom tags
  • Recurring transactions
  • Export to CSV/PDF
  • Local-first with optional cloud backup later

For those of you who use an expense tracker:

  • Which app do you use and why?
  • What's the most useful feature?
  • What feature do you never use?
  • What's your biggest frustration with your current app?
  • If you could build your own expense manager, what would you include?

I'm not trying to promote anything—I genuinely want to understand what people actually need before I start building.

I'd appreciate any feedback, even if it's just telling me this idea has already been done better elsewhere. Thanks!

Built my first Flutter app - PCAG (Password Checker and Generator)

Hello everyone,

I recently completed my first Flutter project and wanted to share it with the community.
Here i have attached some screenshot of the app

PCAG (Password Checker and Generator) is a Flutter & Dart application focused on helping users create stronger passwords and understand password strength.
