I'm feeling overwhelmed.
22M with autism and weird periods of food and other reactions. I keep waking up in the middle of the night with red itchy skin, headaches, joint pain, often nauseous and sometimes puffy cheeks and or lips. I have multiple reactions a day. I have to avoid currently avoid about 12 foods and most of the foods are very common ingredients like egg, yeast, soy, wheat and dairy. Because those foods give me worse symptomes than the other foods (that I also find diffecult to track). It's tiring and I feel often overstimulated due to the sensations the reactions give me. Due to the summer vacation I had to wait some weeks for my doctors appointment. Still one week to go.. and then I probally have to wait some weeks again.
At this point I'm just exhausted, feeling worthless, and not feeling confident about anything. I just wanna rot in bed.
