We're starting to look at PR agencies, but it's been harder than I expected to find one that really understands technical industries. A few conversations I've had felt very sales-focused, and I'm not sure how to tell which agencies actually have relevant experience.

For anyone who's hired a PR agency in the UAE, what was your experience like? Did you find one that understood your industry, or are there any red flags I should watch out for before signing a contract?

For the past year, I’ve been trying to improve my life—making schedules, using habit apps, watching productivity videos, and journaling.

I usually stay motivated for a few days or a week, then I fall off and end up back where I started. I really want to change, but I struggle with consistency.

If you’ve been through this and managed to build lasting habits, what helped you the most? Mindset, simplicity, accountability, or something else?
