I know these posts are common, but are my scars *that* bad? I'm not allowed to wear short sleeves because of them (explanation below) (also, two dog pictures)
So I'm not allowed to wear short sleeves at work (stocking shelves in a supermarket). No clue why really. I know I'm not allowed to wear them because they are obviously self harm scars, but I don't know what's so bad about them. I think they're pretty standard self harm scars. I know that's the problem, but I doubt customers will get a heart attack if they see my arms. Also, i have considerd goint to the unioun with this (we don't have a real HR that I trust), but it's too late.
Forgot to say this at first: the uniform I've got to wear is 50% polyester, and I've got sensory issues so I have to wear comething cotton, linen or wool underneath it in order to not have a meltdown
