I have an asus v16 laptop, and this has becoe a problem in the last few weeks. Whenever I join a discord call, my volume becomes quiet and all sound quality decreases. I'll usually play music after joining a call to test the quality, and the sound is so garbled I can barely make it out.

Here's the main problem: I have hands free telephony off. I disabled it when I first had this problem and it worked great, but now its back despite this setting being disabled. Any help is greatly appreciated
