Looking for the best non limited as can be paid for could trade don't want to have to but can

Hi I bought an attack shark R5 ultra in January and it is no longer turning on at all no lights no Bluetooth not even working directly plugged in

So I just bought my teverun 7260r arrived today unboxed it. Went for a ride not even 2 mins later I come straight off (at 30kph) I regret not buying jacket and legs but I'm so glad I wore a motorcycle helmet

Anyway is there a way I can turn down the power settings?
