Anyone know why my custom championship belts never have personalised side plates? I cant figure out how to enable it

The highlight reels section is greyed out and locked when i try to make a custom video, has this happened for anyone else? Do i need to unlock it?

My girlfriend has noticed that the bottom of her logitech g713 plug in keyboard is swelling, i dont believe its wireless so i dont know if i should be worried about a battery exploding or something, is this a sign it needs to be replaced?
