Please suggest rice based dishes for someone who hates dry food. Also wet food. Also all food.

To be clear I'm not talking about rice dishes that are meant to be eaten with another diish (anything saucy/creamy/curry-like/stew/soup). so no fried rice, pilaf, biryani, pulao, mexican rice, spanish rice, jollof rice, nothing made by people with a darker skin tone.

I'm looking for rice style dishes that can be eaten as a standalone complete meal on their own.

My million dollar onion idea.

Pickled Onion Blossoms

Do you grow chives or green onions? If yes, then toss those unopened flower buds into your pickle jar. I've got about a square foot of chives growing, I'm looking at 3-4-5 dozen little flower buds that just keep appearing every week.

After a few days they're still incredibly potent, like an onion breath mint. After a week they're a little milder and more balanced, and then after a month or more, they've mellowed to the point that non onion lovers might like them. I still personally like the early stage for the onion potency.

The fact I can get about a hundred blossoms from a small area makes me think this would scale nicely into a business idea.
