Just a fun little activity, this community seems to be full of all sorts of people with all sorts of experience so I was just wondering how different the answers would be

I don't know what to do anymore when it comes to my skin condition.

I'm a 24 year old male who has had random itchiness for around 2 years now. It started around the scrotum, and now its in my entire body. I am currently on immunotherapy treatment (started it shortly after the 1st instances of itchiness) for pollen and dust allergy, and the doctor said I also have an animal protein allergy but it's too mild to be treated. I went to a dermatologist few months ago, she did a half ass job of diagnosing me and suggested it was scabies. I took Ivermectin over the course of 2 weeks and used all the creams that she suggested and on time. Well long story short nothing changed. Now I have to take Zyrtec every 48 hours otherwise I start getting intense bouts of itching throughout my entire body (scrotum, arms, lower legs, back). I used to find out that the itching was always occurring without a visible rash, but the other day I decided to shine a torch on my arm while it was itching and saw super super tiny bumps that were only visible under the torch (I had already scratched my arm enough to cause it to be red by that point). I went to the immunotherapy center and they simply refused to acknowledge that their allergy shots could be behind the itching. Any and all advice/help is appreciated.
