My wife and I are long term Palace members. We have done numerous contracts with Palace. This last time though we ended up with a mistake in our contract which mixed Elite nights with BPG (best price guarantee) nights. It's a huge mistake. While trying to address this we are finding that we have no real way of dealing with the Palace for a problem like this.

We love the Palace but this problem, which we have been trying to resolve, shows how difficult it is to address something like this. Does anyone have a contact at the Palace Offices that we can try to contact?

I've been working on this for a month and there seems to be only 1 person that does this "explanations of benefits" (ha ha) and she says she does not have the power to change anything.

This might sound strange and maybe I'm a standout but I have had RC for my 800 number for many years, with a minimal account size. I don['t get too many calls on my 800 number. A few years ago I started getting these "blank" phone calls, usually around 3 minutes and 20 seconds .. blank calls.

They were annoying and plentiful. My RC blocked call list list is as of now well over 1200 numbers. It doesn't help much to block them though, they are rarely repeated numbers and always have corny IDs. Over time they have been a huge PIA.

But as of maybe last December I'm now getting the same pattern except that the calls are generally around 16 minutes and 43 seconds, plus or minus a few seconds. Now they are not just a PIA, they add RC call fees many times a month because I end up going over my minutes repeatedly, at $25 a crack.

RC seems to be the only agency that's making money on these calls and that makes me wonder if it might not be some deep, secretive program at RC to add costs to my bills. So far I have spent well over a thousand dollars on these additional minutes fees.

Is anyone else getting these on their RC numbers?
