Between ICF and SIPs, which one is easier - and cheaper - for other trades to work with? I'm thinking mainly electrical, plumbing, drywall, and exterior cladding. Assume that the SIPs will have vertical and horizontal chases for running wiring. Thanks.
I fall asleep pretty fast, but then wake up at 2:00 or 3:00 in the morning and take a long time for fall back asleep. There's a nighttime drink powder called ReMade that claims to help with this problem by adjusting cortisol levels. Anyone tried this. Thoughts or opinions? Here is the supplement list:
I'm comparing & contrasting ICF vs. SIPs for a house build in Colorado. One of the big plusses of SIPs for me is that the OSB skin on either side of the insulation serves as a continuous, strong nailing surface for not only sheetrock, but for hanging cabinets, art, exterior cladding, etc. How does ICF compare in terms of holding strength?
