I feel like ADHD have ravaged my life for so long and I have tried to get help and I just keep hitting a wall.

My current psych seems to be approaching it the same way as my last doctor ten years ago the last time I got up the motivation to try.

Wellbutrin, and now after a couple months of that (it helped my mood and I like it but didn’t touch my adhd much at all)
Straterra.

Seems so hesitant to prescribe stimulants, my therapist said she would suggest them to him because she said I would clearly benefit, but it seems like he didn’t consider what she said at all.

I just don’t get it. My sister was prescribed them and let me test a couple different kinds to see what might work for me and it truly was night and day the difference and it really is insane to me that *that* is what they are so afraid of giving me, I just felt like a normal functional person for once.

Idk wtf to do, I don’t think I can get another psychiatrist with my current insurance but maybe, but that also feels like going back square one. Is this normal???

Can someone please for the love of god tell me a specific affordable brand of Liposomal Vitamin C that for sure works?

I keep seeing tons of brands but people will say that it has to be specific brands or it won’t work and some are bunk but it’s hard to tell what’s just people advertising products they’re paid to promote and which ones are overpriced.

Some are like $50 for 60 capsules and some are 18 dollars for 190 capsules.

I just can’t tell what’s to do and it’s driving me insane. Can someone just tell me for sure what worked for them without breaking the bank?
