I bought this jar of fruit preserves from Costco a few weeks ago, and they're well within the expiration date, but the texture has changed suddenly on the top half into an almost whipped consistency. The bottom half seems to be unchanged,so I'm wondering if this is normal. Is this safe to eat or is it botulising?
