Is it safe to remove sealants?
I got sealants on Saturday, I despise them, they’re so uncomfortable, I haven’t slept more than 4 hours, I haven’t eaten, I hate them. They were done without my consent, I thought it was a part of the normal routine until they said what it was, they also didn’t tell me enough information about them, they only said it was “good for the molars”, they didn’t tell me at all how once you get them once, you essentially need to get them forever because of how weak it leaves your teeth, that’s absolutely something I’m not ok with and if they had told me before hand I would’ve refused. So I called them today and I’m scheduled to get them removed tomorrow, but I’m afraid it’ll damage my teeth. In case it matters, all of my teeth are real, I’ve never had any work done, I’ve never had any cavities, and I have consistent excellent dental hygiene.
