Mini rant

Requested a full panel lab because I'm tired and bloated all the time. My levothyroxine medication was lowered 12 months ago because I was temporarily hyper postpartum. I'm still not back to the dose I thrived on pre-pregnancy.

Physician only tested TSH, which is at 4.8. "Labs are normal, let's test again in July."

Ugh.

Beach vacation, access to kitchen and freshly caught seafood. What should I stock up on for easy meals?

Basically the title. The destination is a 3 hour ferry boat ride away from any major grocery store, so I like to arrive prepared with an arsenal of supplies, including spices, an air fryer, and stocked coolers. The only easily accessible thing on the island is seafood.

What easy sides/sauces/etc. do you recommend to pair with seafood?

Between dinner and the start of his bedtime routine (which is about a 30 minute span), we basically chase our toddler around with yogurt and other foods he'll allow while "on the go." If we don't, he wakes up hungry a few hours into bedtime.

Dinner is at 5:30pm. He's desperately bored and thinking about his cars by 5:45. We proceed to chase him around with filler food, which he'll gladly snack on as long as he gets to have his freedom from the highchair, but now dinner is disrupted and so is post-dinner playtime. Bath time is at 6:30. Bedtime at 7:30.

Surely there's a better way? We need to set a better food routine, but we also need SLEEP. 3am hunger wakeups aren't fun.
