EDGE DROPS DAMAGE

I've been using the cecred edge drops as instructed from January to March 2026, I stopped using this product once I noticed a damaged hairline that has gotten worse since then.

I've been experiencing extreme dryness on my hairline and eyebrows (where I applied the product) that turn into dandruff scales that are transparent/white flakes and also redness when scrubbed off that also come back within a day of washing and scrubbing, hard to remove and hard to keep moisturized.

These photos are two days apart and the first being from a wash and thorough scrubbing, I moisturize it every day which maintains it but doesn't heal it. I only used the edge drops on the spot and had no routine change so the edge drops definitely caused this damage and idk what to do about it.

I've tried multiple times contacting support and they never responded after a few emails, I just want to heal this and it's been a terrible upsetting struggle because I can't do anything to my hair really because of the noticeable uncontrollable dandruff. IVE NEVER HAD DANDRUFF ISSUES, DRYNESS, OR SENSITIVE SKIN and I also have a terrible tan line there because of the caked on dandruff

I did extensive research about this product and saw little to no bad reviews so I naively decided to try it and waste my money which is such a huge regret.
