A new crunch location opened in my area. I’m my partners guest and the gym staff requested I hand over my ID for the duration of my workout at the front desk (everything you come as a guest). Staff said it’s to keep a head count on everyone who visits the gym just in case something happens. I’m not against that but they should be more practical (like planet fitness) and allow guests to have guest passes on their phones. Crunch please change this policy for guests!!
