IBCC URGENT EQUIVALENCE DELAYED

Hi everyone,
I urgently need some advice regarding my IBCC equivalence.
I applied for urgent equivalence on 16 June, but I still haven’t received it. On the online portal, the status has been stuck on “Quality Control” for quite a while now.
I’ve already emailed IBCC and tried calling them multiple times, but they haven’t responded to my email and no one answers the phone.
Has anyone else experienced this? Is there anything else I can do to speed up the process? Would visiting the IBCC office in person help, or is there another way to contact them?
