Hi everyone,
Has anyone else been having issues logging into their Miles & More account for the past week or so?
I’ve been completely unable to access my account, either through Miles & More or Lufthansa 🤨.

I tried: Logging in with my service card number + PIN, Logging in with my email address + password
Resetting my password

The password reset process actually works at first: I receive the reset email, click the link, and then receive the one-time verification code on my phone. But after entering the code, I just get an error saying that something went wrong 🤦🏼‍♂️

I also called the Senator Hotline. They weren’t able to identify the issue because, interestingly, they can access my account normally using my service card number and PIN. But when I enter exactly the same credentials myself, I can’t log in.

It’s been like this for about a week now.
Is anyone else experiencing the same issue with Miles & More / Lufthansa login at the moment? Or has anyone had this happen before and found a solution?

Hi everyone,
I’m flying TAP on a short-haul European flight and I’m considering making a bid for a Business Class upgrade.
I know that Miles & More normally awards 40 Points for a Business Class flight within Europe with a Star Alliance carrier, but I’m wondering if this also applies when the Business seat is obtained through a bid upgrade.
For some reason, I remember reading somewhere that bid upgrades don’t earn the higher number of Points and that the original booking class is still used, but I can’t find that information anymore.
Has anyone actually done this recently and checked what was credited to their Miles & More account?
