Spamtong

Decided to remake an old gif I did a while back for a draw this as spamton post. I think I really outdid myself this time. Now with more frames too. AI could never. The new one is the first one, the old one was made like 7 or 8 months ago? I only did this because the old way I drew him was bothering me lol

Found a frog, need advice

Okay so I found Jim (name of the little dude) as a tadpole in my pool, we decided to keep him because we were draining it and had nowhere to put him. However, now that he's a froglet, I've determined he's probably a gray treefrog, which is apparently illegal to keep in massachusetts. What do I do? Will he still be able to survive if he was raised as a tadpole away from predators? I legally can't keep him but I need to know if he'll survive. I have him in a tank right now that has some plants to climb and some sticks, plus some rocks in about a cm of water. It's not ideal, but it's what I could find at the time. If needed I'll put a photo in comments, it said to mark it nsfw here if I put a photo of him being hurt but he's not hurt, just small, but I'm not sure actually if he's doing well. Since I do need to release him, what sort of area would be best to do so?

Who is this?

They were found in central mass drowning in my pool. The pictures do not do this beetle justice, it was actually a bright copper color, more rosy near the ends of the elytra. It also had some violet and gold tones. Here's a lot of pictures I took of it to have every possible angle. I don't know if it's obvious, but it had speckles on the elytra and was also about an inch long.
