Apparently this may not follow Morrisons community rules .Oh well ‘cest la vie’

Last week hours were handed out like con fetti.
This week it’s ‘ oh dear we overspent best cut everyone’s hours !!!! (some to as little as 8) for next few weeks .
Why does someone only deserve 8
And they use them when it’s convenient.
While some lose nothing at all .
Have you had hours cut recently and which departments lose the most hours in general ?

Is working 12 days in row illegal ?

Getting called a ‘ fucking bitch ‘ as well as other insulting aggressive behaviour by male members of staff .
Is this normal Morrisons company policy ?

Going to be really tempted to include this phrase in an email to my manager today .
As in ‘what a load of absolute horseshit ‘

Why do the stores use Usdaw and not Unite as Unite ? Why do they deserve better pay and better deals ?
I know we work just a hard as them .
What’s the difference.
Our store would fall on its ass some days without reliable staff .
Like seriously fail .
Why do they think we are the worth less worthless,get it ,lol.

Hundreds of warehouse and logistics workers in Cheshire and Yorkshire are celebrating today (Monday 17 June) after accepting new terms and conditions from supermarket chain Morrisons that sees them claim victory in an industrial dispute over pensions, pay and working conditions.
 
The workers had been taking part in strike action over proposed changes to their pension contributions that would have left them hundreds of pounds a year worse off. Additional issues surrounding pay and conditions have also been the subject of the dispute.
 
Unite general secretary Sharon Graham said: "This is a great win for our members at Morrisons and shows the real power of a union in the workplace. I'm delighted they have achieved their goals and that the supermarket has seen sense and come up with an acceptable outcome.”

Following a ballot on the new offer from Morrisons workers will contribute the same amount as presently towards their pension, ensuring their financial stability. Further improved benefits include a new Service Award scheme which will pay up to £350 for long-service milestones. 
 
From 1st July 2024 a nine per cent increase will be applied on all rates of pay including weekend incentive premiums and freezer allowance with the existing additional anti-social hours shift pay maintained. Unite has also forced Morrisons to conduct reviews of "pick rates" and job roles in a transparent manner and with full union involvement.
