Bedroom + shared office room in a massive 3bdr/1ba apartment in Bay Ridge

July 1st move in
Location: 5 mins away from 77st R train (30ish mins from the city)
The apartment is overall huge has high ceilings, and is East facing. It is a 3 bdr 1 bath but we will use the smallest room as a home office that we will share. The living room is an open space with a kitchen and a dining space too! Huge pantry closet by the entry door.
Your bedroom can fit a queen sized bed, a desk, and a dresser; has a big closet; sunlight (I toured it in the afternoon and it was bright asf).
About me: new grad working as a research assistant in Sunset Park. I’m an organizing geek and has a subscription for interior design magazines. I like to work a lot but also enjoy my me-time doing artsy hobbies. I also love to socialize and have friends over but I’m definitely not a big partier.
