Long Term Parking - Kristianstad
I need to leave my car near the Kristianstad train station for about half a week. I'd be grateful for any recommendations for a long term parking lot nearby, preferably one that's reasonably priced and accepts multi-day parking. Thank you in advance for your advice.
Wax still looks amazing
I've been detailing my own cars since the late 80s and I know times have moved on from Rain Dance Wax to high-end Carnauba waxes to sealants like Zaino and now to coatings. I'm so old that I remember when Zymol came out and we learned (this is before the internet - we learned things by word of mouth!) that you had to use this polish (HD-Cleanse) thing before the wax or it wouldn't bond!
Anyway, I've been ceramic coating my own vehicles, from the paint correction to the application of Dquartz Go and layering with Cquartz UK 3.0 on top.
And on a whim today, I decided that since my ceramic coating had been put on 3 weeks prior, that it should be cured and that I could top it with ... something. And I happened to have a fresh jar of Zymol Japon just for this and I have to say - over Cquartz UK, the Zymol Japon took what was a clean, swirl-free coated surface and turned it into something magical. It looked wet and deep and just brought back the feeling of pride I had every time I gave a good waxing to my car.
Was a good reminder not to underestimate the strong powers of the wax and going forward, for my garage queens, I'm going to stick to HD-Cleanse + Zymol rather than ceramics (which will continue to be used to my cars that are daily drivers).
