Does anyone know if your personal bag (a tote bag) is weighed as part of the 7kg weight limit? I am flying from hanoi and including my tote bag, I an overnight the 7kg limit.... hoping i can squeeze a couple of kg into my tote bag (it is not big) to save on the hold cabin bag

I am going to South Korea soon and want to do a massive skincare haul. I have combination skin... main concerns are hormonal acne around my chin and fine lines around eyes and head. I also have quite prominent sebaceous filaments on my nose. What would you recommend as holy grail products?! Best things to purchase?
