Do these look like they’re getting darker?
I know it’s still super early, but do these appear to be getting darker? Second IUI with frozen donor sperm, 29f

hello! 29F and my husband is a trans man with no known fertility issues. our first IUI failed and we were devastated to say the least. (we thought we’d be that 10% who gets it on the first time, silly us!) lol. i went in on CD10 and had a 18mm follicule on my left ovary and a 9.14 uterine lining. triggered cd11 and had IUI 22 hours later on cd12. our frozen donor had total motile sperm of 13 thousand… who had success on their second IUI?
the title says it all. our first IUI failed at the beginning of the month (medicated). we are going into our second IUI this upcoming week and I’m trying to cover all my bases. my baseline bloodwork seemed to be good and they did start me on thyroid medication roughly a month and a half ago. we did trigger and did the IUI 24 hours later. could that perhaps have been too early since we are using frozen donor sperm? we want this so badly (as we all do.) I am 29f and this is my bloodwork. any suggestions on how to maximize success? These were drawn on CD3. Thank YOU!

hey there, the title says it all. we did our IUI procedure on May 30th (trigger shot 24 hours before). I tested this morning with a cheap $1 test and it was stark negative. should I start preparing for a negative in the following days? this is our first IUI, so many heavy emotions. thank you all!
