I park my cycle in a market complex type thingy, when I go to the gym for 2~ hours. There's lots of people there so no worries about it being updated by connecting to nearby phones, but does it actually work and can it show an accurate location?

The main objective is to prevent theft and find it if it's stolen. I do use one of those cheap (200rs) cycle locks with a key, and carry the helmet and take out the front&back lights and keep it in my bag, which i take to the gym.
