Hi everyone,

I had a question regarding when to apply for citizenship. According to the calculator I could apply for citizenship today as I have reached the necessary days spent living in Canada, however, I am going on a week long trip to the United States in October and im wondering if it's best to apply immediately or after i get back. I've heard the process can take quite a while so it would be good to apply asap, but I also think it would be nice to have peace of mind applying after the trip and knowing I dont have any travels coming up that could cause complications for any reason.
