This is my first time buying off dhgate, just wondering if this was to be expected or what is happening?

This was my first purchase off dhgate, it shipped overnight but now there’s no tracking. I checked on the international tracking sites like dhgate tracking as well but nothing. Am I being scammed?

I bought this off of whatnot. Can anyone help me determine if it’s authentic or not?
