So I was at a gathering and me and this guy made eye contact and he smiled, I smiled and he kept staring at me afterwards. Later, him and his friends came to sit next to me, his friends talked with me but he never did. He was just on his phone. But he continued to state at me during the entire event. What does this mean? Do guys just stare for fun?

Side note: I'm not very experienced in dating or flirting so I might be over or under interpreting things but this has happened with many guys before. In different classes I have had a fair share of guys who stare and do their very best to sit BEHIND me but never has any guy said anything to me 😭 what am I doing wrong man?

So, I'm a college student and started hooking up on Grindr in 2024. I've hooked up with a few people and something stood out, when I hooked up with older guys they were all smitten by me, telling me how hot I am and that every guy must be going for me, one even said he cant believe he gets to even meet with me. But when I hooked up with some younger guys, they seemed.... uninterested and weird when seeing me in person? At least twice guys have asked me if I'm really interested in them or I wanna go? This was so random coz I had just arrived in both cases. Just to mention I'm introverted so I don't know if that makes me look uninterested or unattractive to them.

One of the guys proceeded to ask about my type and then proceeded to describe everything I was not (white, twink, slim) as his type and also asked about my kinks of which I said I like Dom guys and he said he doesn't prefer sub guys, all the while cuddling me on his chest 💀 does anyone have a similar experience? I'm now off Grindr coz it left me perturbed.
