Season 4

I know how you feel after season 3 but give this one a chance. It is a wonderful pivot.
When I was fast introduced to the Aayan character, at first i didn’t care. But then >!Carrie - Aayan!< happened 😂😂.
IMO It’s the most hilarious twist of season 4 or maybe even the entire series after the mess that season 3 was.
Some people would be triggered but I think they’re both consenting adults. Also far worse things happen to underage girls in the real world. If you want to talk morality, the dude’s only uncle shoots him point blank how about that.

Aayan has a beautiful journey. He deserved to reach London and become a doctor.
Also the Carrie Aayan phone call with everyone listening was too funny.

Saul being a pawn was an another interesting twist. However I found it unlike him that he was outsmarted by >!Haqqani’s!< foot soldiers at the airport even if he was made.
And somehow Him and Mira are still at the their shitshow of a marriage I wonder when it will end.

The Informant list being ‘Crown jewels’ makes so much sense and Lockhart is a p*ssy for giving up them up so easily. F*ck him. I have no words for Dennis.
I loved Quinn’s development. He’s probably who I’m rooting for the most.

Saul and Mira S1 to s3

I get that almost everything and everyone in this show is so complicated but this relationship on another level.
I don’t know if they love each other. I don’t know what’s the deal with them. I mean Mira goes to India and they’re separated for like a whole season or year and then comes back. They’re so tense around each other the sleep in separate bedrooms.

Without spoilers, at least for the later part of the series, I’d like to know what everyone thinks.

A thread on how different Nkazi looked over the years

The kid actors playing Nkazi looked nothing alike and I found it so funny. You can share the photos in the replies. Starting from when he was a very light skinned infant

I love everything about the Bahá’í faith except one thing, accepting Mohammed as a prophet of God.

I have been studying the Bahá’í faith for a few months now consistently almost everyday reading.

I just can’t be can’t accept that Mohammed was sent by God. This is coming from the earliest scripture’s descriptions of how angels approach prophets, how God reveals Himself to them and their characteristics of a prophet.

I may start a new thread to describe the characteristics of a true prophet from God. but basically Mohammed fails in a bunch of criteria; I will highlight two.

1
the way he was approached. angels when they approach humans the first thing they do is reassure them, calm them down because they know they are terrifying to us and when Mohammed was approached he was pinned down. He was scared but that angel still insisted that he does something he wasn’t able to do. I don’t want to get so much into this and attract unnecessary discussions with apologetics. but from the scripture of God, angels have a standard way of approaching humans basically .

So that’s 1

2
A prophet will be known by their actions. I believe Baha’u’llah was a true prophet because of his actions.
- He preached and practiced peace and justice and love and unity.
- The fruit of his actions have been so good. I feel so peaceful reading his words.
- I’ve seen investigated his prophecies and they have come(and continue to) come true.

evidenced by contemporary history;
things he wrote way before happened after his death. With precision and that is why I accept him as a prophet

so this is a dilemma for me. The Bahá’í teachings recognise Mohammed as a prophet but I can’t, I can’t reconcile Mohammed’s inconsistencies with the previous scripture on top of failing the criteria of a prophet.

and none of his prophecies have come true that disqualifies him from being a prophet (imo) so that is that dilemma I have with the Bahá’í faith I make sense of a lot of of what I’ve read and I’ve read a lot over the past few months but I can’t reconcile that aspect of recognising Mohammed as a prophet

that is my dilemma.

DISCLAIMER: I do not wish for this discussion to become apologetic. If you want to do battle apologetics, go to apologetic TikTok and apologetic Twitter and apologetic YouTube or apologetic reddit. I just want Bahá’ís to help me with this dilemma.
