A shortcut to add a quick note that auto-generates a note with the current day’s date. Throughout the day, when used it adds to the same days note but separates note with a time stamp and a line divider.

This is my First build list and I as wanting to make sure this is a decent enough list for what I’m looking for. And see what other parts I might need.
I’m looking to replace my MacBook Air m3 which is currently running on a 34in monitor and a vertical 27in monitor due to MacOS just not 100% vibing, my work laptop is a windows 11 machine and I spend most of my time on windows and just can’t get used to it.
Budget: 2000 USD. Obviously i want to save money, but am willing to pay for a reliable machine with enough growing room for the next 3 or so years.
Use case: Movie streaming, heavy multitasking (school work, music, web pages), I want to dabble in 2d autocad eventually, and casual gaming (Call of Duty, Minecraft, etc.) per my research call of duty on a DLSS set to balanced should work good with the 34in 1440 monitor and the RTX 5060. I’m used to an old xbox one s so I don’t need some crazy experience here, just some down time casual playing.

Peripherals: Dell S3425DW primary monitor, and a dell 27” 1440 on either side in the vertical position for a total of 3 monitors.
Preference: Reliable, quiet, and small form factor. I don’t particularly want to have to worry about storage. Th deleting games to download games thing drives me crazy so I might add a 2.5” ssd on top of this.
