Weight maintenance during 40 day juice fast
Hi! I am very called to begin a 40 day juice feast, but mainly for spiritual reasons. I would like to lose as little weight as possible since I’m already quite thin, and I’ve gotten some recent new strength that id like to maintain. I’m going to aim for 2000+ calories daily of juice. But honestly with juicing, it seems that dramatic weight loss is inevitable. Ideally I would lose no more than 5 lbs throughout the entire 40 days.
Does anyone have experience maintaining weight, or even gaining weight/muscle during this type of fast? Anything is appreciated! ☮️
