I am an 18-year-old learning to drive. I am practicing the basics in campus parking lots during off-hours. Is there any empty area or a road with minimal traffic to practice in the town?

I live in an apartment where I cook sometimes. Is a meal plan worthwhile for me? Do you use it fully? I’ve been to dining halls three or four times a month, and it wasn’t too bad, but what about eating there every day? Do you think that’s still a good idea? Share your opinion.
