I don’t know batteries and I don’t know how to read the information on here

For 25-26 I had the PERFECT planner. It was from the company Good Office Day (which does not have an up and running website atm) I found at target. It’s got monthly color coded tabs, and most IMPORTANTLY- lots of space for notes. After each week, there were two full pages for notes taking. I haven’t been able to find anything similar for this year. If anyone has any recs pleeease let me know
