Any idea on what this coin I found could be? Not much to go on. Around 28mm in size and weighs around 6g. Comparison in size with 2 shilling coin or silver florin

Help on what I believe was or is a wart on my elbow?
Had this 3-6 months and grown a bit in that time. Always assumed was a wart as had one ( I believe ) 20 years ago that was burned off by GP. It’s on my elbow in Almost same place but no treatments works like no treatment worked on previous one. Someone said it may not actually be a wart?? Any ideas?
