Not a member of union so they couldn't assist me in any way.

4.99 rating, no past reports, 8 months with uber, pro platinum status STILL they blocked me!

will uber ever reactivate my account after a safety report from a rider and they denies my appeal?

Can I take Uber to court and would you say the chances are strong to win this case?

Can I make a new account using a different phone number and email address?
