Building shitty Ameoba Bases is Better than Youtube Bases. Traditional large bases are formulaic, sure, they have the most protection value for resources spent, but it is always fairly predictable where the loot is.

Building like this always results in getting raided less, and people spending more on your base than they otherwise would. After having the displeasure of raiding this monstrosity a wipe ago, I build like this, and I have never seen people spend more rockets for so little before. Traditional bases almost never go beyond their posted raid cost, because the loot is in the same place, but with a base like this, the raid cost might be 20 rockets, but guess wrong and you are going to spend 40.

This thing is enormous, larger than a basketball and looks like a Spaceballs helmet when wearing it, that is what I was most surprised by. It also weighs a ton, about 10 pounds with the Aventail, but it doesn't feel that bad to wear and balances well. But if you moved in it wrong you would probably get a neck injury.

Protection for the GOST 2 helmet is around NIJ 3A, with the GOST 1 face shield probably at or below a 2A level based on various videos.

The overall build quality is quite poor in my opinion compared to western helmets, but what do you expect I suppose, Overall very cool item!

I don't want to pay for a CC nozzle because I literally got this S7 out of the garbage.

Can I just get away with swapping a ruby Ultimaker nozzle into an AA core? I don't plan on printing a ton of CF nylon, but some. Anyone done this?
