If I pause my ebay sales for 15 days, but allow buyers to still make purchases, and I also have 10 day handling time on all my items, does this add up to 25 days?

I understand I will lose some sales with this extended delay for shipping, but I sell pretty unique items, so my buyers are usually happy to wait so long as they get the items. I only sell as a side gig, so I don't care about losing sales when I am away, because I can drop my handling time back to a few days, when I get back from vacation.

This would be like in a medical show, only 1 guy is​ called doc, and the guy named doc is like Cher where he has only 1 name.

I like Elliot Gould, and he does a great job in the role, but no serious lawyer or law office would have such a stupid nick name.

The reason is the author of the books knows nothing about the legal profession, so in the non-law world it makes perfect sense for the expert lawyer to be called Legal. However this name falls apart when you are in the law world, and everyone should be called legal, just like everyone in a medical show could be called doc.

How do returns and refunds work on Alibaba?

I ordered 300 potentiometers. 50 of them are the exact ones I ordered, and I want to keep those. However, the other 250 have a 20mm shaft, when I ordered them with a 15mm shaft. It's a 5mm difference, so I may be able to keep them and make them work.

The first 50 I ordered I want to keep, because they are exactly what I wanted. The other 250 are slightly different, so I may still be able to use them, but I would rather the seller send me a second order of what I ordered.

My questions is do sellers usually offer partial refunds where I can keep the item? How do returns work, can I get a refund and still keep the item? The item price was $18, and shipping and fees was $35. It's such a low value order, if I ask for a refund will they let me keep the item?

If this was ebay, I would ask them to send me the correct item. If they didn't do that, I would ask for a partial refund to keep the part of the item I wanted. However, most of the item price is shipping and fees, so do I get any of that back in a refund?

What is eBay International Standard Delivery? Why is it cheaper than USPS? There has to be a catch?

Nothing is free, so what are they doing that makes it cheaper?

I sell as a side gig specialty video game stuff, and when I changed my handling time from 2 days to 5 days to 10 days, to now 15 days, I saw no decrease in sales.

It's just a side gig, so I need a long handling time, becuase I don't have much spare time to devote to selling. I don't care if I decrease sales by having a long handling time, because its just a side gig, so I would rather have the extra free time.

Is it true that a longer handling time hurts your on ebay, or are my items so specific, that I may be the only one, or one of the only ones selling it, that people will come find my items?

Usually I am able to ship well before the 15 days, but it give me so much room to breathe, that there is no chance I will ever ship an item late.

I just made top rated seller, but if I can't do 2 day shipping, is there any advantage to top rated seller?
